New-build apartment on the southern shore of Lake Balaton in Balatonlelle, in a quiet area close to the shore. The whole apartment is yours: 2 bedrooms and a living room, with a pull-out sofa for an extra sleeping spot. Heated adult pool (8x15 m) and a separate heated children pool (6x4 m), open from May to the end of September. The apartment is heatable and air-conditioned, with a full kitchen and fast internet. Self check-in with a key safe, free closed parking. The lake shore is a few minutes walk away, and you can see the lake from the yard.

The 77 m² ground-floor apartment is entirely yours. Two separate bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed. The spacious living room also has a pull-out sofa that adds an extra sleeping spot. The apartment includes one bathroom (with shower and washing machine), a separate WC and a fully equipped kitchen: cooktop, oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher and all the dishes you need. There is an iron and hair dryer too, plus remote-controlled electric blinds on the windows (you can stop them at any position).

The apartment is heatable and coolable with a modern heat-pump system, so the temperature is pleasant in every season. Heat comes from underfloor heating, cooling is delivered by a ceiling system, and you can set the temperature on the control panels in the living room and the bedroom. Besides the internet there is a dedicated work area, which comes in handy if you need to work during your stay. A 20 m² covered terrace opens off the living room.

The shared, well-kept garden of the house has the heated adult pool (8x15 m) and the heated children pool (6x4 m), both open from May to the end of September, and you can see the lake from the yard. The yard has a closed private playground (sandpit, slide), a large lawn for sunbathing and a garden grill area. Parking is free in your own numbered spot in the closed yard; you can store your own or rented bikes in the closed bike storage in the yard.

What can guests use?

The whole apartment is yours throughout your stay and you can freely use every room. You can also freely use the shared garden: heated adult and children pool, closed private playground (sandpit, slide), a large lawn for sunbathing and a garden grill area await guests. You can store your own or rented bikes in the closed bike storage in the yard. The pools are open from May to the end of September every day from 6:00 to 22:00. Check-in is self-service with a key safe, so you can arrive at any time on the day of arrival without waiting for anyone.

Other important details

A few important things for a comfortable and safe stay:

• The pool is not fenced off and the lake shore is also close. Please always keep an eye on children, and the pool and playground should only be used under adult supervision.
• The apartment is meant for quiet relaxation and families. We cannot host loud parties, and please keep the quiet hours in the evening.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.
