1. Booking process
Bookings are made through our booking system (appartman.hu) or by direct contact (phone, email). To make a booking we need the guest's full name, contact details, and arrival and departure dates.
We send an immediate confirmation by email. The booking is final once the deposit is received.
2. Payment and deposit
- Deposit: 50% of the total amount, due immediately at booking — by card during the booking process or by bank transfer.
- Balance: due before arrival; we send a payment request (bank transfer details and card payment link) 72 hours before arrival by email.
- Tourist tax: 500 HUF / adult / night (18+). Not included in prices; listed as a separate item in the final booking total and payable together with the balance.
3. Cancellation policy
- Cancellation up to 5 days before arrival: free — the deposit is refunded in full, with no handling fee.
- Cancellation between 4 and 1 days before arrival: 50% of the total accommodation fee is charged.
- Cancellation on the day of arrival or no-show: 100% of the total accommodation fee is charged.
- No tourist tax is charged in case of cancellation.
In case of force majeure (verified medical emergency, natural disaster, pandemic restrictions), the amount may be credited to a later date based on individual assessment.

4. Arrival and departure
- Arrival: from 15:00, self check-in with key safe. Late night arrival is also flexibly possible.
- Departure: by 10:00.
- Access guide (key safe, parking, wifi): sent by email 1 day before arrival.
5. House rules
- The pool is not fenced off and the lake shore is also close. Please always supervise children and use the pool and playground only under adult supervision.
- The apartment is for quiet relaxation and families. We do not host loud parties.
- Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.
- No pets allowed.
6. Damage deposit
We do not charge a damage deposit. In case of intentional damage, the guest is responsible for the cost.
7. Privacy
Personal data provided during booking (name, email, phone) is handled in accordance with applicable laws (GDPR, NTAK) and accounting regulations, retained for the legally required duration.
Data processors involved: Appartman PMS Technologies Kft. (booking management), Stripe (card payments) and Billingo (invoicing); we share data with NTAK and KSH under legal obligation.

Clarity masks the content of text fields and forms, and it cannot see into the booking system (Appartman) window. Clarity is a Microsoft service; Microsoft is an independent controller of the data collected this way, as set out in the Microsoft Privacy Statement. Microsoft retains session recordings for 30 days and heatmap data for 9 months. You can withdraw your consent at any time in the Cookie settings; Clarity's cookies are then deleted.
